Chatterbox is a restaurant based in Malaysia, and is focused on serving Hong Kong style dishes of the highest quality.

Challenge

Chatterbox creates dishes that are delicious and evoke the tastes of Hong Kong cuisine successfully. However, presentation both online and in person need to be improved in order to attract a wider array of customers.

Strategy

As a strategy, TOYOKO planned to improve the visual designs of Chatterbox and increase social media engagement to capture the attention of more potential customers.

Execution

TOYOKO has managed to schedule social media posts containing mouth-watering images of the food served at Chatterbox to entice customers to seek the restaurant out. Alongside that, TOYOKO is also involved in designing the menus featured in the store that attract customers attention to the advertised dishes.
